Please check if it’s in silent mode.
While holding the top button, press the main button for at least one second. The Pokémon GO Plus + will vibrate twice briefly and enter silent mode.
Note: To exit silent mode, repeat the same action until the Pokémon GO Plus + vibrates once.
Note: Alarms and notifications are also suspended while in silent mode.
